How Instilled brought order to CCI Systems’ large catalog of remote training experiences

CCI Systems Inc., a US communications-solutions provider with engineers distributed across multiple states (and a small presence in Canada), needed a reliable way to certify and upskill sales and field teams in a fast-moving telecom environment. Their existing LMS could host content but struggled with device delivery, cataloging, and collaboration, while dispersed salespeople and solo engineers required easy, on-demand access to sector- and technology-specific training.

PeopleFluent’s Instilled LXP was deployed alongside the LMS (passing completion data via SCORM) to organize rich-media content into searchable, role- and sector-specific collections and enable multi-device access and collaboration. A division trial of 122 employees is expanding toward 600, pre-webinar training saw nearly 100% completion, and Instilled proved critical for virtual annual meetings and ongoing field-reference use—improving access, administration, and content discoverability.
