Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK), the charity that sets resuscitation guidelines and delivers training, needed to rapidly update and deliver a life‑saving “Adult resuscitation e‑learning” module for thousands of returning NHS clinicians ahead of the Nightingale field hospitals opening during the COVID‑19 crisis. The tight timeline, large volume of users unfamiliar with online learning, and the need for simple, scalable registration created a high‑stakes challenge.
