Pöyry, a Finnish-headquartered management consulting and engineering company with 5,500 employees across 42 countries, needed to modernize its HR operations as part of a broader transformation. The company wanted to reduce manual HR administration, improve transparency and resource sharing across countries, increase self-service usability, and ensure compliance with local regulations and GDPR. It selected PeopleDoc’s HR Service Delivery platform, including Employee File Management, Case Management, Signature, and Process Automation, integrated with SAP SuccessFactors.

PeopleDoc helped Pöyry roll out digital HR processes for hiring, employment changes, and terminations across all 42 countries in one year, with no travel and only existing HR resources. The new platform reduced manual work and significantly streamlined contract signing, especially important given Pöyry hired 1,500 people in a year. Pöyry also reported improved user experience, greater transparency, and measurable service performance through KPI reporting and an NPS of around 30.
