Natixis, a financial services company with 12,000 employees across the US and Europe, had already centralized HR administration but still faced low employee satisfaction and poor HR productivity. Employees struggled to get answers to HR questions, relying on phone calls and slow email responses, while HR service agents were overwhelmed and lacked KPIs and SLAs. Natixis turned to PeopleDoc to improve HR service delivery.

PeopleDoc implemented an HR Service Delivery solution integrated with Peoplesoft, ADP, and an employee self-service portal. Natixis set up a self-service knowledgebase for Tier 0 support and automated Tier 1 workflows for non-routine requests. The results were strong: 93% of pilot users were very satisfied and found the tool easy to use, 14,000 knowledgebase article views reduced HR requests to 4,000 per month, email requests were eliminated, and Natixis gained real-time reporting on SLAs and other service metrics.
