Huston-Tillotson University, a historically black university in Austin, Texas, wanted to modernize and simplify hiring while preserving its mission-driven, traditional identity. The university needed a better way to manage recruiting for faculty, staff, adjuncts, and students, and to give applicants and hiring managers a more professional, efficient experience.
