Case Study: Tarleton State University streamlines onboarding with PeopleAdmin

Finding the right technology in general, and the right onboarding tool in particular

Tarleton State University, part of the Texas A&M University system in Stephenville, Texas, needed a better onboarding solution to complement its existing PeopleAdmin 5.8 talent management tools. HR leader Wendy Haynes and her team wanted a system that fit higher education and could support compliance, reporting, transparency, and a more modern employee experience.

PeopleAdmin upgraded Tarleton to the HigherEd Platform and later introduced its Employee Records solution, helping the university move away from paper-based forms and into a more digital onboarding process. The implementation was smooth and well supported, and Tarleton said the new tools exceeded expectations by making onboarding more efficient, improving the new-hire experience, and helping the university work toward a more paperless process.
