Case Study: Tarrant County College meets adjunct faculty demand with PeopleAdmin

College develops adjunct faculty pool, potentially saving millions

Tarrant County College partnered with PeopleAdmin to address a growing adjunct faculty challenge. As the college worked to avoid noncompliance risks tied to adjuncts effectively serving like full-time faculty, it needed a better way to manage hiring demand while following policy and federal requirements. PeopleAdmin’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) helped TCC identify and re-engage qualified candidates who had applied within the past year.

Using PeopleAdmin, Tarrant County College screened applicants, sent targeted outreach, and hosted an on-campus recruitment event that evolved into an interview fair. The effort helped the college build a pool of 125 adjunct faculty members and meet or exceed hiring goals across departments. TCC also credited PeopleAdmin with strong responsiveness, practical guidance, and advanced analytics support throughout the project.
