Healthwatch, an independent statutory body that champions health and social care, sought to refresh its leadership team's values and behaviors. The organization engaged the vendor People Business to design a structured leadership development programme to address this challenge.

People Business implemented a programme consisting of six half-day modules that provided space for the leadership team to reflect on employee survey and 360 feedback. This was paired with one-to-one coaching for each leader to help them apply their learnings. The solution from People Business successfully helped leaders become more thoughtful about their roles and strengthened how the team operates collectively.
