Argenta Bank- en Verzekeringsgroep’s Inspection Department, responsible for visits to more than 500 branches, was hampered by manual, paper-based processes and disparate Excel/Word checklists that left the team without dashboards, risk libraries or consistent reporting — slowing inspections and creating excessive rework.

By implementing Ideagen’s Pentana (with implementation support from Sepia Solutions), Argenta digitized inspections, introduced a weighted risk library and standardized templates and reports (in Dutch and French). The new system automated notifications, improved follow-up and objective risk ranking, reduced manual tasks and rework, and increased inspection output by around 50%.
