University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in Tulsa Health Clinic Improves Chronic Care With Pentaho

The University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine’s Bedlam Longitudinal Clinic in Tulsa needed a better way to teach panel management and track outcomes for uninsured patients with chronic illnesses like diabetes and hypertension. The team wanted a feedback tool to help medical, nursing, pharmacy, and social work students measure which treatments were working, and Pentaho provided the analytics platform they needed.

Using Pentaho Data Integration and Pentaho Business Analytics, the clinic created customized reports to monitor blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, and other vital statistics across entire patient panels.
