EULEN Boosts agility with data-driven insights into global business performance

Grupo Eulen, a global provider of facilities, security, social and health, and HR services, needed better ways to manage data from its many heterogeneous systems as it expanded internationally. The company was using limited legacy reporting tools and wanted faster, more sophisticated analytics to improve agility, reduce costs, and turn data into actionable business insights.

Pentaho helped Grupo Eulen redesign its data integration and reporting workflows with the Pentaho+ Platform, including Pentaho Data Integration and Analytics. Grupo Eulen now runs overnight ETL jobs, builds OLAP cubes and KPI reports, and shares insights with about 1,000 users. The result was a major improvement in time-to-insight, near-instant access to key metrics, better visibility into performance, and measurable operational gains such as reduced customer payment collection periods and improved cash flow.
