A PENSO Case Study
Noodle Box, a large noodle restaurant chain with more than 200 locations across Australia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, was facing declining sales and guest counts and lacked a value-packed offering for groups. PENSO was engaged to address these challenges by developing a campaign to educate and entice customers to purchase a new “Share Pack,” culminating in the Noodle Box PANDAmonium Pack initiative and refreshed brand and go-to-market assets.
PENSO implemented the PANDAmonium Pack campaign—introducing a memorable tagline, a Panda brand character, an audio mnemonic and a Noodle Box sound bed/jingle—supported by brand development, creative, print design and strategy work and deployed across radio, digital and OOH. The campaign built stronger memory structures and reach, revived Noodle Box’s market presence and delivered ongoing increases in guest count, sales and sales value.
