marhaba provides Meet & Greet and Lounge services to one million passengers across the Middle East and India, serving families, tourists, corporates and VIPs. Their website was dated, confusing and not mobile‑compatible, and online bookings were almost non-existent; PENSO was engaged to redesign and modernize marhaba’s global site and booking experience.

PENSO designed and developed marhaba’s global site and booking platform, combining digital design, UX strategy and web development to showcase services and enable seamless booking on desktop, tablet and mobile. The new site increased conversions by 33% in the first three months, capturing approximately AED 266,000 in additional revenue per month.
