Doubling Xero's customer numbers

Xero, the cloud-based accounting software company, wanted to accelerate customer acquisition as part of an ambitious growth strategy to grow market share and revenue. To meet this challenge, Xero worked with PENSO on a campaign to encourage businesses to switch to Xero.

PENSO developed the “Switch to Xero” campaign, using multiple message variations to appeal to different audiences at once and creating 58 executions across channels. By testing with big data to optimize performance, PENSO helped make the campaign Xero’s most successful ever, doubling customer numbers in five months from 180,000 to 360,000 users.
