Collingwood Football Club, Australia’s largest sporting club with over 2 million fans and 80,000 members, needed a meaningful, sustained way to celebrate its 125+ year history and to create a comprehensive player archive. PENSO was engaged to deliver a digital solution and heritage platform to document and present the club’s long-term legacy.

PENSO built collingwoodforever.com.au — a branded online sports museum featuring player biographies, articles, images, artwork and over 47,000 player match statistics covering nearly 2,500 matches across 116 seasons (1897–2013). The project (branding, UX and web development) produced 1,206 individual player profiles, 30,235 recorded goals and 1,474 wins captured in the archive; the site continues to evolve with new articles, video, social features and comparison tools, delivering an immersive Black & White fan experience.
