Pensar was engaged by Stowe Australia to complete the high voltage internal works for the new Westfield Coomera Shopping Centre. The project faced significant challenges, including a late engagement that revealed design gaps, long-lead times for a main switchboard, and the complex task of routing cables through 7km of existing conduits that crossed a major highway and passed by schools. Key delivery dates were fixed due to contractual obligations with major retailers, adding pressure to the timeline.

Pensar successfully designed and constructed the 11kV site network, managing all scope changes and complex installations around live services. The vendor delivered the project on time, with commissioning completed successfully on the first attempt. Despite the challenging circumstances, there were no safety issues or complaints from stakeholders.
