Fineko, an accountancy firm with three offices in Belgium, wanted to stay competitive by improving its digital processes, especially signature tracking and other manual tasks that were taking up too much staff time. To address these challenges, Fineko turned to Penneo and its Penneo Sign solution.

Penneo implemented Penneo Sign with simple and advanced signing flows, automatic reminders, and itsme® support for digital signatures on any device. As a result, Fineko reduced manual follow-up work, saved time on internal processes, and could focus more on customer service and advice; annual accounts were also being completed much faster, with output reaching about 75% of last year’s volume and expected to reach 150% to 200% by the end of the period.
