Agri Nord, an association providing consultancy, accounting, auditing, and financial advice to agribusinesses in Denmark, struggled with slow, paper-heavy signing processes. Financial statements had to be printed, scanned, mailed, and tracked manually, making it difficult to see document status and coordinate multiple signatories in the right order. To solve this, Agri Nord turned to Penneo and its digital signing software.

With Penneo, Agri Nord automated custom signing flows, sent documents to the correct internal and external signers in sequence, and used reminder emails plus secure archiving to manage the full process digitally. The result was a major efficiency gain: signature collection time dropped from up to 2 weeks to just 1 to 2 days, while Agri Nord also reduced paper, ink, and postage costs and gained a clear overview of all document statuses.
