To address this challenge, the company needed a development program that could align leaders from department leads through the vice president around a common approach to leadership.
The Pendolino Group delivered an eight-module, five-week Frontline Leadership program for all Zazzle personnel in leadership roles. The training was described as targeted, fun, and actionable, and Zazzle reported that employees found it to be the most valuable time they had spent learning leadership skills, with the added benefit of creating a shared leadership language across the team.
