ImageFIRST cuts its water bill in half with Pellerin Milnor Corporation

ImageFIRST, a healthcare laundry in Clearwater and the largest provider of linen rental services to medical practices in the continental United States, faced challenges with its aging equipment and high utility costs as its business grew. Despite initial skepticism from General Manager Tim King about tunnel washers, the company partnered with Pellerin Milnor Corporation to address these issues with the installation of a PulseFlow tunnel washing system.

The solution implemented by Pellerin Milnor Corporation was an eight-module PulseFlow tunnel washer system. This installation resulted in the laundry cutting its water and sewer bill in half and reducing its operating day from 17.5 hours to just 7 hours, eliminating an entire shift. The PulseFlow system also consistently consumed only 3.49 liters of water per kilogram of linen, allowing ImageFIRST to maintain high quality while achieving significant utility and labor savings.
