Gallia cuts water use to 3–3.5 L/kg with Pellerin Milnor Corporation

Gallia, a family-owned laundry servicing hotels in France, faced the challenge of supporting its growing production demands while improving overall efficiency and utility savings in its new facility. To address this, the company partnered with vendor Pellerin Milnor Corporation and its authorized dealer to invest in new laundry technology, specifically a PulseFlow batch washer.

The solution implemented by Pellerin Milnor Corporation was a 12-module PBW featuring PulseFlow technology, designed for high-speed, water-efficient washing. This system, along with a new single-stage press, allowed Gallia to process over 30 tons of linen daily with significantly lower fresh water consumption of about 3 to 3.5 L/kg. The results included increased production capacity, shorter process times, and greater operational flexibility, contributing to the laundry's controlled annual growth and stable profit margin.
