EdWeek selected Pelcro to power its site migration, customer portal, paywalls and improved payment flows, adding phone, email and chat support and a new auto‑renewal UX. Since the switch, EdWeek saw a 24% increase in new online sales, a 15% rise in sales dollars from auto‑renewals, 23% more credit‑card approvals, 82% of inquiries resolved within 24 hours, shorter call times and customer satisfaction consistently between 90% and 97%.
