Casino Upgrades to Pelco’s Videoxpert™ Vms For a Secure and Scalable Solution

Chukchansi Gold Casino and Resort, a large tribal gaming and entertainment destination in California, faced the need to modernize its video surveillance to improve monitoring of gaming tables, slot machines, cash rooms and a newly added service station while meeting strict tribal, state and federal gaming regulations. The casino had an existing Pelco system running Endura VMS and engaged Pelco (with integrator SSI) to move to a more efficient, scalable solution—Pelco’s VideoXpert VMS.

SSI upgraded the site to Pelco VideoXpert, migrating users, camera names and Endura mappings with minimal disruption and repurposing existing storage (with NSM license upgrades) to save budget that funded new Pelco IP cameras and a refreshed control room. The VideoXpert features—tagging, synchronized multi‑angle review, a powerful investigative engine and an intuitive interface—reduced operator training to less than a day, sped incident investigations, enabled unified monitoring of the casino and service station, and helped Chukchansi Gold meet regulatory requirements while improving overall safety and security with Pelco’s solution.
