Kolmården, a wildlife park and part of Parks & Resorts, faced the challenge of meeting the new standard of digital ordering expected by consumers. To reduce long lines and improve the visitor experience, they sought a solution and partnered with the vendor Pej to implement a mobile order and pay system.

The solution from Pej allowed guests to order and pay for food directly from their phones, eliminating the need to stand in line. This close collaboration resulted in a significant reduction of slow, cramped queues at park restaurants, which freed up more time for guests and led to increased customer satisfaction.
