The customer, ZZ Dats, a long-established Latvian IT company, faced the challenge of maintaining team communication and fostering a culture of recognition and feedback, a need that became especially critical with the shift to remote and hybrid work. Peero provided a gamified solution for sending peer recognition, which was widely adopted via a mobile app. The implementation of a rewards store further increased engagement, allowing employees to redeem points for branded items or charitable donations.
