The customer, SIXT's Baltic franchise partner Transporent Ltd, sought to boost employee engagement and integrate its company values into the daily work life of its pan-Baltic teams. To achieve this, they partnered with the vendor Peero to implement its employee recognition and feedback platform for an end-of-year celebration campaign.

Peero provided a platform where employees received a weekly allowance of coins to give as feedback and appreciation to colleagues. These coins could be redeemed for various gifts in the Peero Gift Store. The vendor's solution fostered a vibrant culture of recognition and was also used to transparently determine the "Employee of the Year" award based on the data collected. The campaign was a success, transforming how teams engaged with one another and leading to plans for future initiatives with Peero.
