New York Real Estate Firm wanted to bring the outdoor scenic views of Jersey City and the New York skyline into a transparent lobby to better engage customers. The firm engaged integrator ESSENTIALCOM and vendor Peerless-AV for a digital signage solution, selecting the Peerless-AV SmartMount Full-Service Video Wall Mount with Quick Release (DS-VW765-LQR) to support a 5x4 video wall.

ESSENTIALCOM installed the 5x4 video wall on Peerless-AV mounts, paired with an HD 1080 PTZ camera and UHD static imagery options; the DS-VW765-LQR’s no-tool micro-adjustments, quick-release and cable-management features reduced installation time and simplified maintenance. Peerless-AV’s solution was delivered on time, immediately captured visitors’ attention, significantly improved lobby ambiance, enabled live streaming of the harbor and skyline, and gave the firm an easy way to showcase listings and local events even during inclement weather.
