Chaplin’s World by Grévin Opts for Peerless-av Xtreme™ Outdoor Displays To Welcome Visitors

Chaplin’s World by Grévin, the Charlie Chaplin museum at the Manoir de Ban, needed a better way to welcome and inform visitors after opening in 2016—brochures were slow to use or ignored, causing longer ticket‑office queues. To address outdoors, safety and aesthetic constraints, the site engaged Peerless-AV and selected its Xtreme™ Outdoor Daylight Readable displays to provide durable, visible information at the entrance.

An AV integrator installed two 49" (124 cm) Peerless-AV Xtreme™ displays suspended back‑to‑back 2–3 m above ground; the IP68 weatherproof design and patented Dynamic Thermal Transfer™ cooling deliver quiet, safe operation without vents or fans and blend with the architecture. Since deployment, Peerless-AV’s solution has improved the visitor experience—fewer enquiries, faster flow through the ticket area—and now serves the museum’s audience (about 300,000 annual visitors) with two watertight displays.
