University of Essex School of Life Sciences boosts student support with Pearson Mastering A&P, with 97.6% recommending it

The University of Essex's School of Life Sciences sought to enhance the learning experience for its approximately 100 Biomedical Science students. To support student understanding and engagement in anatomy and physiology, the institution implemented Pearson's Mastering A&P platform as a core digital learning tool.

Pearson's solution provided interactive resources like A&P Flix animations, practice quizzes, and clinical case studies. The results were highly positive: 84.6% of students used the platform regularly, 97.6% would recommend it, and 82% rated its support 4 or 5 stars. Notably, 91.6% said the feedback helped them make better progress, and 94.7% found revision for exams easier.
