Pearson Partners International benchmarked ASUG against similarly sized associations, interviewed stakeholders, and delivered specific recommendations, including hiring a CEO and making phased organizational changes. ASUG followed the guidance, retained Pearson Partners International to help place the new CEO, and has since built out executive and lower-level staff, with leaders reporting the organization is now significantly better off.
