Wacoal, a manufacturer of women's lingerie and underwear, needed to increase storage capacity and improve storage and retrieval processes for a new product line without expanding their distribution center's footprint. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor PeakLogix.

PeakLogix upgraded Wacoal's system with ScottTech PickPro® and implemented an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) along with horizontal carousels. This solution from PeakLogix resulted in a 178% increase in pick rate and an 84% decrease in pick labor, while also improving storage density and capacity. The manufacturer reduced its shipping time from seven days to same-day.
