Phillips Volvo, a Volvo dealership in Hampton, VA, needed to maximize storage in its new-parts department because the existing floor plan limited storage and made it harder to keep frequently used parts accessible. PeakLogix was brought in to help improve the layout and storage approach using customized storage solutions.

PeakLogix designed an efficient floor plan and installed Lista Storage Wall and HS-width cabinets, along with Equipto shelving for bulk parts. The result was sufficient, easy-to-access storage for current inventory plus room for 25% more parts, and the finished plan met Volvo’s storage requirements for a dealership of that size.
