US Foods partnered with PeakLogix to design an economical supervisory office solution inside an existing facility. The main challenges were that the office was too small for the growing staff and was located in a 40-degree environment, while also creating unnecessary foot traffic through the workspace.

PeakLogix designed a larger modular office on top of a full-height mezzanine, adding workstations and reclaiming floor storage space below. The office expanded from 78 square feet to 296 square feet—nearly four times its original size—while reducing interruptions and unnecessary foot traffic and improving employee productivity.
