Power Equipment Manufacturing Company needed to move its distribution facility while maintaining efficiency and productivity. PeakLogix supported the relocation by designing a new warehouse and implementing a goods-to-man parts picking and processing system to improve small-parts fulfillment.

PeakLogix deployed two pods of horizontal carousels with pick-to-light carton flow, smart display tablet light trees, 24V roller conveyor, and WMS integration to streamline picking and routing. The new facility now supports more than 9,000 SKUs, with over 7,000 stored in carousels, and PeakLogix helped increase small-parts pick productivity by nearly 4.5x—from 50 lines per hour to 220 lines per hour.
