Jewelry Television (JTV), a retail jewelry omni-channel distributor, needed a better system for real-time order fulfillment, higher throughput, and improved space utilization. PeakLogix helped address these challenges through a solution developed in partnership with SSI Schaefer to support JTV’s multi-channel fulfillment operations.

PeakLogix implemented an automated platform that integrated fulfillment workflows, improved customer visibility during order processing, and optimized space within the facility. The result was improved operator productivity at higher volumes, streamlined IT processes, more ergonomic picking with Goods-to-Person and Pick-By-Light functionality, and a flexible growth strategy that supports JTV’s continued expansion.
