National Food Manufacturering Company - Customer Case Study

National Food Manufacturering Company needed to decommission 24 distribution centers across the country in under 45 days. The project involved disassembling and removing all assets and infrastructure from facilities ranging from 50,000 to 150,000 sq. ft., then shipping everything to designated storage while selling or recycling excess assets. PeakLogix provided the turnkey decommissioning support needed to manage this complex, time-sensitive effort.

PeakLogix planned and executed the full decommissioning across all 24 locations, staffing up to 19 sites at once with trained project managers and subcontractors to handle disassembly, bundling, shipment, and asset disposition. The work was completed in 36 days across 17 states, covering 2.2 million sq. ft. In total, 54,200 pallet positions of racking were disassembled and shipped, 163 truckloads moved within the project window, and all assets were delivered intact and on time.
