PeakLogix reconfigured the freezer by installing pushback pallet racking along with pallet flow lanes and carton flow lanes. The project increased pallet load inventory by 40% and FIFO carton load inventory by 50%, while also reducing aisle congestion, improving productivity, and lowering product damage.
