EBI LLC partnered with PeakLogix to solve a storage challenge: maximizing capacity inside its existing facility without expanding the footprint to support market growth. PeakLogix provided a customized storage solution centered on a dense pallet flow system.

PeakLogix engineered, designed, and installed a multi-level pallet flow system with 37-pallet-deep storage, nearly 6 miles of pallet flow, and custom guarding and support components. The result was the ability for EBI LLC to store approximately 20,000 pallets in its current facility—about 11,000 more pallets—while reducing labor and expansion costs and improving organization and efficiency.
