Central Virginia Food Bank faced growing demand for its services while operating with fewer resources, creating an urgent need to expand pallet storage capacity and improve access to individual loads. PeakLogix was brought in to help with a pallet racking solution tailored to the nonprofit’s dry, cooler, and freezer storage needs.

PeakLogix designed and installed a pallet racking system using selective pallet racking and pushback pallet racking with 2-deep, 3-deep, and 4-deep storage arrangements. The new system increased storage by 400 pallets in dry storage, 32 pallet loads in the cooler, and 56 pallet loads in the freezer, improving accessibility and saving the organization both time and money.
