American Red Cross worked with PeakLogix to solve a facility consolidation challenge, needing to merge its Virginia and California operations into a single warehouse. PeakLogix retrofitted the existing warehouse in Lorton, VA and used portable stacking frames along with a 2-story prefabricated office enclosure to help the organization operate more efficiently from one site.

PeakLogix’s solution included a 30’ x 100’ two-story office enclosure, special HVAC and power requirements, plus flooring, workstations, and shelving. As a result, American Red Cross reduced the number of employees needed for an assigned task, which helped streamline payroll costs, lower facility costs, and increase productivity.
