Eurocell, the UK’s leading manufacturer, distributor and recycler of UPVC window, door, conservatory and roofline systems, needed a better way to balance inventory across its network of more than 220 branches. With a broad mix of traded, manufactured and made-to-order products, the company had to maintain product availability without overstocking, while also protecting working capital and customer satisfaction.

Eurocell deployed Peak’s Inventory AI solution to use real-time inventory tracking and AI-powered demand forecasting to set dynamic restocking targets, which were integrated into its ERP system. Peak’s approach helped release £1.86 million in inventory, increase product availability by 6.7%, and lift average order value by £50, while also making the majority of SKUs “well-stocked” for the first time.
