Regit, a UK company that helps drivers check that the right car and driver are linked to the right vehicle registration, wanted to better target its more than 2.5 million users. The company needed a way to identify which customers were most likely to change car so its team could serve them in a more targeted way.
Peak used machine learning and data orchestration, including lead scoring and categorical machine learning, to rank users by their likelihood of changing car. This helped Regit focus its call-centre team on the right users and staff at the times most likely to result in a sale. Regit reported a 27% increase in sales and up to a 35% reduction in operational costs.
