JTA transforms The Parker's 2,000 sq ft clubhouse with PDR

JTA, the owner of the Parker Apartment Community in Austin, TX, approached vendor PDR for interior architectural and styling services. Their challenge was to transform the complex's cold and underutilized clubhouse into a warm, inviting, and intentional space that would foster a sense of community and serve as a key amenity for tenant acquisition and wellbeing.

PDR met this challenge by designing a flexible 2,000-square-foot clubhouse with multifunctional spaces, including a main community room, a living area, a game room, and a conference room. The solution incorporated warm, welcoming furniture and décor, an easy flow between areas, and an abundance of natural light. This created a homelike environment where residents can comfortably socialize, work, and host gatherings, ultimately enhancing the property's appeal and providing a comprehensive package of amenities for its tenants.
