Eaton delivers a 260,000 SF LEED Gold campus with PDR

PDR collaborated with Eaton, a technology company, to design a new consolidated headquarters that would promote employee wellness and connectivity. The challenge was to bring together the company's four separate local office buildings into a single, modern campus that supported agility, collaboration, and innovation.

The solution designed by PDR was a LEED Gold-certified vertical campus featuring central communal "town plaza" areas on each floor and a variety of amenity spaces including a wellness center and cafeteria. This design achieved Eaton's goal of creating an integrated corporate campus that fosters employee engagement and embodies their progressive approach to teamwork and work-life integration. The project resulted in a 260,000-square-foot headquarters located in Beachwood, OH.
