Saatchi & Saatchi’s Compadres Studio, an internal team supporting Toyota on a secure air-gapped network, needed a better way to manage software, hardware, and workstation deployments across a growing number of artists, freelancers, and rented machines. Before PDQ, the team relied on spreadsheets and manual installs, which made it difficult and time-consuming to keep systems current and ready for production.

With PDQ Deploy and PDQ Inventory, John Morrison and Sean Vo were able to automate inventory, packaging, patching, and software deployment with very little training. PDQ helped them bring up new workstations in just 20 minutes instead of days, complete software requests in about five minutes, and quickly generate hardware reports for graphics card upgrades, dramatically reducing manual work and speeding up IT operations.
