Crown Commercial Service (CCS), the UK's largest procurement organization, faced the challenge of an outdated car leasing portal for public sector vehicle procurement. The platform, originally developed by PDMS, required a major overhaul to modernize its interface and add sophisticated functionality to enhance search, layout, and reporting for its users.

PDMS undertook a refactoring and enhancement project to relaunch a refreshed platform. The solution significantly improved the front-end for a contemporary look and added new features like enhanced search, vehicle comparison, and mobile responsiveness. The results were highly successful: user registrations quadrupled to 1,600 in two years, and registrations for ultra-low emission vehicles increased dramatically from 7% to 30%.
