RevQ Inc., a Vancouver, Washington–based provider of government collections software (Revenue Results), faced a major productivity bottleneck when printing large batches of correspondence. Their Word-based merge workflow required opening/closing Word for each document and produced a PDF print dialog for every file, creating hundreds of interruptions that slowed processing and frustrated users.

By adopting PDFTron’s PDFNet SDK to convert merge documents to PDF and send them directly to the printer without showing the print dialog, RevQ eliminated the repetitive dialogs and Word churn. The change sped up printing dramatically—boosting print performance by about 95%—while benefiting from clear documentation and responsive support.
