MM-Agrar, a German agricultural insurance company, faced a challenge in sending unstructured documents for printing and subsequent handling in a structured form. To streamline this process and integrate with an enveloping machine, they turned to vendor Pdftools and implemented their 3-Heights PDF Printer.

Pdftools further developed their PDF Printer to convert all types of PDF files into a standard Unicode-based format. This solution allowed MM-Agrar to easily sort and identify documents, archive them in structured repositories for a year, and reprint originals if lost in the postal system, unequivocally fulfilling all of their requirements.
