Improved “InsureSign” solution by using PDF Tools AG products

InsureSign, an electronic signature solution from Advance Management Company, faced challenges with a previous PDF technology that was inefficient and too large, slowing down their application. To reduce the overall size of their solution and increase its speed, they turned to vendor Pdftools and implemented several products, including the PDF to Image Converter, PDF Extract, and the PDF Form Filling and Flattening Tool.

The solution from Pdftools processed documents by converting PDFs to images for user interaction, extracting text, and searching for keywords to enable further processing. This resulted in a significantly faster solution for InsureSign. Insurance agents and their customers now benefit from location-independent PDF processing with improved download speeds for various documents, and the ability to handle almost all kinds of non-standard PDFs that were previously unusable.
