The customer, ivv GmbH, a German IT services provider for the insurance sector, faced a challenge in its decentralized printing process. Previously, converting incoming data streams into a printable format was an inefficient step. Their objective was to eliminate this by creating PDF documents directly on the server before sending them to over 7,000 client computers.
